To use with other models fit a 12v opto-isolator between sensor and speedometer
Note this sensor works with most Acewell speedometers, but we have come across a few where all digits of the LCD illuminate when it is connected. In these instances you'll need to use a 12v opto isolator as an interface between the sensor and the speedometer
NOTE: GPS Speed sensors can take up to 5 minutes from power on to get a satellite lock, you shouldn't start riding until the LED illuminates on the sensor to advise that it is working.
They also provide inaccurate speed readings between high buildings, under trees, and under fast acceleration and deceleration.
